The Alir is a spacious Five bedroom Bali villa estate located in Banjar Anyar - 15 minutes from Kudeta. The huge villa is built besides a river with field all around. The villa property is actually a main house with two additional guesthouses, along with a gym, a pavilion for relaxing in the evening, and a large swimming pool. The villa is built in 2800 square meters of beautiful and landscaped gardens. The main two-storey villa building is graceful and the architecture blends in with the surrounding with a shingle roof and recycled bengkirai and teak hardwood floors. The guest bungalows are traditional Javanese wood houses that have been restored and rebuilt.

The main villa has a large living area with an open kitchen area. The living room is furnished with a dining table made from a single piece of solid wood, and is ideal for a group of eight guests or a small party. The living room is also furnished with a comfortable sofa, chairs. Coffee table, and everything else to make your vacation memorable.

The main villa has two master bedrooms on the ground floor, each with custom-made king sized beds, a writing desk and a walk in wardrobe. Each room has an attached bathroom equipped with a glass washbasin and a large bathtub. There is an open area covered by a wall and is equipped with a rain shower.

The villa also includes an air-conditioned cinema room complete with a soaring roof and comfortable sofas and cushions. The state-of-the-art home theatre boasts a huge wall mounted cinema screen, supported by a hi-tech surround sound and music system, and a projector for showing movies and DVDs, in addition to satellite TV channels.

The swimming pool is right in front of the main villa area and the poolside is decked out with chairs and sunshades. The villa also has a pool table and a bar to enjoy quiet evenings with friends and family.
